Mr. Eribo has considerable experience serving as Project Officer responsible for client relations, quality assurance and control, and the overall supervision of design and construction management services. He has been actively involved in the design and construction management of civil, transportation, water, wastewater, and environmental remediation projects. His unique experience in planning, management, detailed design, and construction management allows him to provide guidance to design staff and review projects with operations, maintenance, and constructability issues in mind. Mr. Eribo is also the Owner of Ribway. As a result, he has the authority to commit the required resources to serve the needs of Ribway’s clients and ensure that services are completed on time and within budget. Mr. Eribo is capable of assuming multiple roles on projects including serving as the Project Officer, Project Manager and Chief Engineer.

Mr. Michael McFadden, P.E. – Senior Project Engineer

Mr. McFadden has over 25 years of diversified, progressive experience in civil, environmental and utility engineering. His specific experience has encompassed municipal water and wastewater treatment systems, storm water collection and drainage systems, sanitary sewer projects, and water line replacement and rehabilitation projects. His current responsibilities include treatment plant design and layout, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, wastewater collection and water distribution planning and engineering, storm water and drainage engineering for highway and street improvements, preparation of plans and specifications and development of cost estimates. Mr. McFadden has also performed construction administration and inspection duties for treatment plant, buried infrastructure and roadway projects.

Director of Transportation

Mr. Cox has 35 years of engineering and management experience in transportation. He has led, managed, and supervised a diverse staff of transportation personnel including bridge engineers, roadway engineers, planners, surveyors, NEPA specialists, and technicians. His roadway experience includes major upgrades and widening of highways and intersections. His structures experience includes the analysis and design of long-span bridges for both steel and concrete and all substructure support conditions. As a Design Engineer, he has experience with concept design, roadway layout, bridge type studies and final design. Additionally, he has assisted clients with public involvement and provided construction engineering services including subconsultant field test monitoring, review of contractor compliance submittals and special structural inspections. Mr. Cox is a certified ODOT Level 2 Bridge Engineer.

Mr. Larry Ivory, P.E. – Project Manager

Civil/Site & Transportation

Mr. Ivory has over 35 years of civil, site and transportation experience. He has supervised design engineering and preparation of plans and specifications for streets, highways, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, water line, sanitary, storm and other buried infrastructure improvements. He has also developed maintenance of traffic plans to sequence construction and minimize any roadway/traffic issues. Prior to beginning employment at Ribway, Mr. Ivory worked as a design and field engineer at The Ohio Department of Transportation for 5 years. This experience is valuable in coordinating and resolving issues with State Right-of-Way crossings and permits. Mr. Ivory’s responsibilities include project management and supervision of planning and design engineering efforts for highway, bridge, roadway, sidewalk, and shared use path improvements. He is a certified ODOT Level 2 Bridge and Construction Engineer.

Mr. White has 40 years of experience in electrical and controls engineering. He has provided electrical and lighting engineering design and construction management services on bridge, roadway, highway, water and wastewater treatment plant and power plant projects. He has performed designs for power distribution systems, short circuit load calculations, street and parking lot lighting and fire/security systems. Mr. White heads Ribway’s Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls Department and supervises all design activities.

Dr. Panchy Arumugasaamy has 35 years of experience. He has served as a senior project manager and project engineer for civil, structural, transportation and environmental projects.

Dr. Panchy Arumugasaamy has over 35 years of engineering experience. He has served as a senior project manager and project engineer for civil, water, wastewater, structural, transportation and environmental projects. He has been responsible for planning, computer modeling, detailed engineering analysis and design, and preparation of contract documents for a variety of structures including complex bridges; port/harbor structures; water storage tanks; wastewater and water treatment process basins and tanks; buildings; and industrial facilities. Dr. Arumugasaamy is a certified ODOT Level 2 Bridge Engineer.
